RunClub: Endurance “X”

The first step of cardio training is to TAKE THE FIRST STEP!!! This group is for anyone who would like to a start cardio regime and have created excuses why they can't. 


This round of RunClub will focus on endurance running followed by cross training.

Endurance

We will begin with four weeks of increased  time in motion and decrease rest time. Endurance training does not mean fast and hard. We find a comfortable pace and  work to maintain it.


Cross Training

The second four weeks we will work with cardio + resistance training. Through the use of bands and or own body we will have smaller bouts of running followed by exercises that are sure to whip that body into shape. We will get a whole body work out!


A complimentary life coaching/goal setting consult is included in the class. Weekly guidance and check ins make this class a good investment. If trainer guidance, accountability, motivation, and support is what you need, this is the right class for you!
