There are many reasons why people fear cardio. They think the are too fat, or too slow. They have bad knees, or hate mornings. The list can go on and on.
Yet many people wish to be more fit, in better health, and more vibrant. The first step towards health is learning to conquer the barriers we have placed around
our own fitness. The first step is to TAKE THE FIRST STEP!!!
This cardio group is not an elite training center, nor is it based in judgement and competition. It is a group for anyone who says they would like to start doing cardio and have
created excuses why they have not already done so.
This will be interval training- moving from brisk walking to short durations of jogging- Each week the intervals will become a bit longer. At the end of the series our goal is that you
are more comfortable and secure with your cardio.
Accountability, consistency, motivation, and support is what we have to offer!
